| The daily train from Chama to Antonito labors up the 4% grade near Lobo Lodge on a cool, late September morning. The beautiful, clear sky in this scene was nothing but a tease as a pesky low pressure system over Eastern Colorado would shortly usher in storm clouds. By the time this train stopped for lunch in Osier, it would be snowing across the high country. |
