SA31 passes the most famous structure along any of the Central NJ Conrail lines, the Helme Snuff Mill. While the current recession has taken its toll in unfortunate ways, loss of jobs, lack of traffic, etc. it did extend the life of the old mill in Helmetta. The $8 million project is obviously on hold until the capital can be raised.
