Remarks & Notes
An Erie Lackawanna/New Jersey Department of Transportation U34CH "Bluebird" waits out the weekend on a snow covered Sunday. This image was taken around Christmas Break 1976/New Year's 1977. The Bluebirds were actually U36Cs with 170 HP redirected to the HEP generators (even though they preceded U36C production). Unit #3367 was delivered to the EL on March of 1971. Later, as New Jersey Transit #4167 it received "Disco Stripes." Finally, it went to Mexico after being sold to GEC Alstom.
