Amtrak E8 253, ex SCL 596, exx SAL 3057 and leased SCL E7 5557, ex SCL 557, ex SAL 3031 poke out from under the north end of the huge trainshed at Montgomery, AL, while powering the northbound Floridian. The E7 was one of four SCL EMDs of this model to be leased by Amtrak.
