| SCL No. 115 is approaching Millbrook, NC on a hot and humid August afternoon with it's usual consist of mixed merchandise freight including about 20 open top tri-level autoracks. GP40 #1557 has been repainted into SCL black trailed by a GP30 and two GP40's still in the split-image scheme. No. 115 received most of it's train each day from a connection from N&W No. 78 at Collier Yard, Va., then operated non-stop to Hamlet Yard for an early evening classification. |
