| 2400,2402,2404 are assigned to the 7AM dock job at West Yard. The LS&I was really friendly to visitors back in the day and all you really needed to do was take the time to get a pass from the general office or the control operator and you pretty much had the run of the place. Normal instructions were "don't go out on the ore dock,don't go in the shop or on trains unless invited and try to refrain from climbing on signals to get shots". Hard to imagine if one was to visit "fortress" Eagle Mills today. |
