A Union Pacific Railroad Southbound train, led by a Norfolk Southern locomotive, is about to cross the diamond at BN Target on the west side of Bloomington, Illinois. Another train, on the Norfolk Southern and using former Conrail locomotives, waits in the distance for the signal to clear so it may head timetable south towards Gibson City, Illinois on the NS Bloomington District.
