Q124 crosses over the swollen Cumberland River which crested 12’ over flood stage Monday evening. 13 inches of rain fell over the weekend leaving many areas around Nashville flooded. The roof in the water is a building at Marathon Oil's barge transload facility and the flooded tracks are CSX’s Upper River Lead.
