AMTK 505, a Dash 8-32BWH, leads the train this day, along with P42DCs 112 and (repainted) 92. The train is roughly halfway between Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay Area, and it will shortly be ascending scenic Cuesta Grade. It will arrive in the Pacific Northwest the following afternoon/evening.
