| The 3751 leads the San Diego Steam Special II down the West Bank River Sub near downtown LA. This is Metrolink trackage here (former Santa Fe) and we are actually not far from where the ATSF Los Angeles station once stood. The large Baldwin (with a little bit of help from the GE - later I heard the 3751 crew tell the P42 to let up a little to stop pushing them) will soon climb up the Redondo Flyover and enter the BNSF San Bernardino Sub, before returning to Metrolink and then Coaster track on the way to SD. |
