Remarks & Notes |
5. Trains were far and few between as the cold air just got colder while a thick icy fog rolled in over the land. This will be my last train for the night as it's lights just shine into the frame and the crossing lights up the fog in a red glow. It's close to 2am and I needed to find my way back to a truck stop in which I will spend the night in my idling truck. My alarm went off before sunrise the next day after only a couple hours with my eyes closed. What I found was amazing. Thick, thick hoar frost covered everything from the thick fog the night before and cold temperatures. This thick frost and sunny skies displayed a completely white canvas for me to shoot. Only problem was I just missed the helper set heading west and I will see no other trains in the badlands today. What a waste. |
