| A DRGW train from Durango arrives past the stock pens at Chama. Or at least that what it looks like in this 1993 recreation by a Greg Scholl chartered freight. The scene is so convincing that when Greg first saw the image some years later, he though it was the real thing. There are some interesting details like the water bags hanging from the cab windows, and note the backward leaning flying Rio Grande on the 487's tender, which replicated a mistake made by the DRGW in years past. |
