A loaded ethanol train out of Hawkeye Renewable Energy at Butler, IA, heads north towards the DM&E at Nora Springs, IA. The Iowa Northern gets the DM&E power at Nora Springs and runs it down to the Butler Yard, near Shell Rock, IA, and then puts the train together and pulls it back to the DM&E at Nora Springs. Here the train pokes along at 10 mph a couple miles north of Greene.
