Remarks & Notes

KBS 701 is named Paul after an engineer on the railroad. Here, Paul heads east with another engine and a long cut of loaded 4750 hoppers for interchange with NS. The train is travelling over the ex-NKP Peoria Line towards Lafayette, IN.
