'Black and Blue' is the theme in the Altoona deadlines. If I remember correctly, many of these former Conrail geeps haven't turned a wheel since the merger, either being directly retired or in long term storage. Note NS SD9 50 in the left middle of the frame. Can remember if it had already been sold at this point or not.
