Expecting to see the maroon and gold of TC&W, I was instead greeted with an IC&E locomotive heading up empty ethanols. Thanks to Mike Bargmann for the clarification on this rare siting. The CP-TCWR interchange is still in St. Paul, however, the TCW crew kept the ICE power on this train to simplify operations for both railroads. Here is to hoping CP continues to use ICE/DME power in the future!
