Newly overhauled and outshopped in passenger operator Shosholoza Meyl's purple livery, 6E1 E1464 heads up two sisters in original SAR red and Spoornet orange, working a northbound freight from Bloemfontein to Johannesburg. The previous afternoon, E1464 worked south on a passenger and should have returned north on a passenger as well, but TFR Operating grabbed her to help out with this freight. Luckily, the sun broke through the clouds in time to light up a very unusual combination of liveries on one train.
