Anglo Platinum has purchased a number of Sheltam's GE C30-EMP's for use on their extensive Rustenburg system. No. 3002 is the first to be repainted into the Anglo Platinum colour scheme and is seen here backing its train of 20 loaded hoppers on to the main line from the short Thembelani mine branch. Note the mop tucked into the handrail on the front of the loco.
