Remarks & Notes
Sheltam has sold a number of its GE (Brazil) C30-EMP's to Anglo Platinum, for use on their Rustenburg system. The first to be repainted into the Anglo Platinum colour scheme is # 3002, seen here marching up the grade through Paardekraal cutting with its train of 20 loaded hoppers from the Thembelani mine. The town of Rustenburg and the Magaliesburg mountains are visible in the background.
