Remarks & Notes
The power from eastbound Ann Arbor Train No. 502 had cut off from its train, to do some local work, in Cadillac, MI on June 19, 1981. As this was going on, westbound No. 501 was passing No. 502 on the siding, with caboose No. 2834 bringing up the rear.

Pictures of things often unseen in the world of railroading. Interesting equipment, operations, and people that help the railroad go around.
