| Before the BN bought the Frisco they had a number of GP35's leased for system wide service due to a power shortage in early to mid 1979. Most of them tended to congregate in the Pacific Northwest where they rubbed shoulders with BN GP35's and GP30's which along with the BN Alco fleet also called the area home. Here is Frisco 700 resting with BN C424 4241 and another BN GP35 very late in the evening near the Wishram engine house. |
