Exactly 20 years ago I visited Rook for the first time and took a few photos of a high hood GP35 and SD45. I've returned to Rook many times over the past two decades, but I've never seen the yard as full as it was today. Tank cars, coil cars, and a plethora of covered hoppers all shared the yard with the 304 and sister unit #303. The east end of the W&LE has had quite a few ups and downs over the years, but it's clearly on a large upswing now!
