An eastbound BNSF TOFC train was passing a Timber and Surfacing Gang near Wilburn, IL Sept. 10, 1996, led by B40-8W No. 516. We spent several hours on the overhead bridge watching and photographing the track gang as they worked past. It proved to be very interesting.
