| With heavy rain and fog abound, the Vermont Rail System keeps on rolling with an 80-car empty ethanol train bound for Canadian Pacific interchange at Whitehall, NY. The train is seen passing the Chester Depot with VTR GP40-2 308 and GMTX GP40 3105. |
