The LRS graveyard looks quite different than it did last year. In 2010, G&O management purged the yard full of derelict SW1s, GE 70-tonners, and Alco switchers. A few went to rebuilders, one was donated to the town for display, and most were scrapped. Four little SW's - those in the best shape - remained in the yard on my visit along with some spare parts. LRS 136 was built in 1942.
