| This old wooden caboose was spotted sitting on the roundhouse tracks. A person would be hard pressed to find any remnant of this ex-Q property, which was directly behind (north of) the Rock Island station/yard. Today Iowa Interstate works the yard in the distance, but even that is on borrowed time account of riverfront redevelopment. |
