| We spent quite a few hours trying to locate the laggard installations of B&O's color position light signals and were disappointed many times over. But luck was on our side at Grasshopper when we heard the scanner crackling with the 217 west... Signal crews have been busy here, installing foundations and trenching various cable, as evidenced by the traffic cones. |
