| Northbound Antonito-Alamosa Rio Grande Scenic passenger train behind SLRG #18 passes a retired Rio Grande boxcar near La Jara, CO. The landscape in this part of southern Colorado is dotted with many examples of both narrow and standard gauge Rio Grande history, namely these long since retired boxcars that seem to be found throughout the countryside in back yards and open fields. |
