The Fast and the Slow On the left, UP 6866 and another UP unit are the DPUs of an empty coal train, bound for Black Thunder Mines, flies down Logan Hill at track Speed. On the right, a loaded coal train crawls at about 15 MPH up the hill. This is just your typical action on the Powder River Basin as the railroad moves this black gold across out country.
