Still with Iowa Interstate reporting marks, #403 is owned by Independent Locomotive Service along with the green GP behind it (ILSX 1395). Canadian Pacific has plans to add another yard track in Thief River Falls, which moved the storage locomotives along the Minnesota Northern, with a group in Holt and this cluster in Middle River.
