Remarks & Notes
New England Central Railroad GP38s 3845 and 3850 are elephant style on a Herzog Ballast Train extra out of White River for dropping stone on the Palmer Subdivision south of Windsor, VT. The train is seen rolling by the mile 1.9 signal in Windsor on the way southbound. Be sure to check out more photos at http://steelwheelsphotography.com
