| Built by Southern Pacific as SD45 #9001, CEFX 3121 is one of eight leased CEFX/CITX locomotives occupying space on a new spur off of the River Subdivision in the Cottage Grove Industrial Park. The new spur is part to attract new industrial development in the city. This property is directly to the west of the Automotive Warehousing Company that currently hosts CP power for switching operations. |
