| The reason the Vermont Rail System has won the Shortline of the Year Award is their customer service. Not typically due for weekend servicing, the second crew gets ready to switch out an unrelated to the windmill project customer, as the other crew is still having the blades offloaded from the train. A "BladeMaster" truck is visible in the port as it arrives to the staging area. The big trucks have a steerable rear-end that is controlled remotely by a chase truck that follows closely behind.
