The Barstow to Tulsa priority manifest has a colorful, all EMD, all standard cab consist as it stops at Ash Hill, California on BNSF's Needles Subdivision to allow the Z-LACNYC9 to pass. BNSF SD40-2 6745 leads NS SD60 6590, BNSF SD40-2 7000, NS (ex Conrail) SD70 2579, and BNSF SD40-2 6921. Eight cars back in the train is a cut of flat cars carrying war-weary M1A2 tanks and other armored vehicles returned from Iraq.
