For the second day in a row, UP’s Los Angeles to Global 1 (Chicago) domestic stack train is lead by a Heritage SD70ACe. The Missouri Pacific Heritage unit, UP 1982, led yesterday’s train. Today, the Western Pacific unit, UP 1983, leads the Southern Pacific unit, UP 1996, on the point of the 6,863 ton, 7,959 foot long train. As a bonus, the C&NW Heritage unit, UP 1995, is working as the DPU with ES44AC 5267.
