Westbound along the eastern banks of the Ohio River, CSX's Office Car Special, operating under the ID of P902-29 blasts through the community of Skull Run, in the rural Ohio River valley. The executive train is destined for Huntington where CSX officials from Jacksonville will meet with Huntington Division officials. West of Huntington, the OCS will deadhead to Jacksonville, via the C&O and L&N.
