Franklin Park, Illinois' Railroad Daze event was a hit again this year, with people young and old from near and far flocking to the Tower B-12 Historic Site to enjoy good food, great bands, and a fantastic line of railroad equipment. Railroads such as Union Pacific, Indiana Harbor Belt, Metra, Amtrak, Canadian National, and the Belt Railway of Chicago all brought equipment out to sit on display on one of the Indiana Harbor Belt's Main Tracks through Franklin Park. Here, UP 7941 heads up the line of power and coaches as it is pushed by a BRC 2GS14B (Genset) west into the Bensenville Yard for the line to be broken down and distributed back to it's owners.
