A Rio Grande track inspector stands proudly by his Fairmont MT-19-B Speeder at Gilluly on July 20, 1986. The D&RGW utilized speeders for track inspection systemwide until highrail trucks replaced them in the early 1990s. If anyone can identify the name of this gentleman, I would appreciate the information.
