| A very grubby 40-year old Class 6E leads a Class 6E1 while working the Phelophepa 1 health care train on a repositioning move from Ficksburg to Kroonstad. The differences between the bogies of the 6E and 6E1 are clearly visible in this shot. The train is crossing the Valsrivier on the Bethlehem - Kroonstad section. The same pair of locomotives was photographed much further north at Dryden in April - see photo ID 394844. |
