Remarks & Notes 
Short timers. The 552, 485 and 486's days were numbered when I took this. The FL9s were Amtrak's oldest active road power at the time. Although they were no longer regularly used in passenger service, the shop forces referred to them as "the tow trucks of Amtrak."
