BNSF’s M-PVODEN (Provo, Utah to Denver manifest) curves around the hopper car windbreak at Big 10 Curve east of Clay, Colorado, on October 20, 2012. The city of Denver is 16 miles (“as the crow flies”) in the distance on this pleasant autumn day on Union Pacific’s Moffat Tunnel Subdivision.
