MUNI car 1062 heads north at Noe and Market Street in San Francisco. This PCC streetcar, built by St. Louis Car Co. in 1948, is painted in the livery of Louisville Railway Company, which purchased but never operated PCC streetcars. Louisville succumbed to pressure and converted its streetcar lines to buses, reselling their 15 new PCCs to an operator in Cleveland, Ohio.
