| Amtrak's 'Desert Wind' awaits a late evening departure from Salt Lake City for Los Angeles. Amtrak purchased 20 B32-8PW units from General Electric in 1991. Today they serve primarily as yard switchers and in transfer service in Los Angeles, Oakland, Chicago, and Miami. |
