Northbound NS V30 crosses the Pamunkey River at Lester Manor, VA on Nov. 11, 2012 enroute to West Point. During the week, West Point is served by a nocturnal turn from Richmond. On the weekends, a turn is usually made leaving Richmond Sunday morning and returning in mid afternoon.
