| My first visit to Denver showcased the look and feel of modern BN road power in the early 1980s, which consisted mostly of SD40-2s and U30C/C30-7s. A few cabless GEs are also lurking plus a few first generation EMDs. The numbers validate EMD's dominance at the time (10 EMD to 6 GE). Today those numbers are opposite.
