Remarks & Notes
N&W 1218 shows her articulation to full advantage as she slowly eases around the tight wye at Bulls Gap, TN. The engine is handling a Bristol-Morristown r/t, but had to turn here and be towed on the Morristown on the rear of the train before returning northbound later that afternoon on the head end again.

Pictures of things often unseen in the world of railroading. Interesting equipment, operations, and people that help the railroad go around.
