| It's a quiet Sunday afternoon in quaint Southern W.Va., until the sound of flanges squealing permeate the valley with approaching Norfolk Southern hopper train No. 767. Soon, a old SD60 appears leading the train of empties into the tight S curve at Hale's Gap on a balmy afternoon. |
