| The California Northern Corning Flyer has just finished it's work north of Orland, California on the West Valley Subdivision. The train will now slowly make its way down towards Orland. Bad track conditions limit this train to 10-20mph max speeds. The good number of cars is a good sign for this line which has been drying up ever so slowly. The Corning Flyer which used to run weekdays now only operates three times a week due to less customers. Hopefully the business/industry will one day return to the northern part of the West Valley Subdivision. |
