Night moves A westbound Santa Fe train led by Super Fleet GE B40-8W No. 524 pauses at the west service tracks at Belen, New Mexico, as dusk turns to night on May 22, 1991. Railroaders are servicing the train, and soon, two more westbounds will pull up for the same treatment. In the foreground, light streaks are left from a car knocker cruising by in his ATV. Behind the 524, the Belen switcher goes about its work, and amidst the blur of its moves, reveals a couple of MHAX helium cars a track or two over.
