Vermont Railway's newest addition to the locomotive fleet, GP38-3 207, a former North Carolina Virgina (NCVA) unit that arrived in grey and red paint via CEFX, is now on the road and in service. Having had logos/lettering painted (see my photos of the in process painting work) in Burlington, the unit and sister GP38-3 206 wear the two-of-a-kind grey/red scheme. VTR 207 is on its way south on the first revenue run that the unit has led as it passes the CLP Florence Yard on the VTR Northern Mainline Subdivision.
